Growth is Exponential

This year has been an emotional roller coaster. I started with high optimism, but I faced numerous challenges that tested my faith in God and belief in myself. I’m not here to dwell on everything that didn't go well but rather to emphasize that consistency pays off.

I encountered rejections at many points, accompanied by a crippling fear that stole my joy. It often felt like every step forward was met with ten steps back. However, a simple conversation with a friend helped me reflect on my progress and understand what was needed to move forward.

Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, causing you to lose sight of the fact that success is a progressive journey. Even though it seems like time is running faster than ever this year, remember that you don’t need to keep up with its pace. Identify what is important to you at each moment and be intentional and consistent in pursuing your goals. Often, it only takes seconds, minutes, or moments for things to turn around. Giving in to your fears can result in significant losses, but staying consistent with your goals will yield positive results over time.

Growth is exponential. Embrace every process you go through in your stages of growth. Each step forward brings new challenges and tasks, preparing you for the future. Most importantly, remain consistent, not complacent.
